At Golf Event Planning, our mission is to create an overall great event experience with optimal fundraising to ensure a successful golf outing. Our team works to ease and facilitate the organization and preparation of the event, while focusing on guest satisfaction by creating an enjoyable golf outing for a specific cause. Providing quality service and professional expertise when implementing the event’s activities will be our most important goal in achieving an unparalleled image.

We also offer a la carte services where our products and services can enhance your golf outing. Our sponsor signage is second to none. We believe in brand recognition and custom design. All signage, banners, cart signs and pin flags are unique to your event. And our custom tournament tee markers add the finishing touch to every tee box.

Larry Battaglia
Founder

Biography

Larry’s leadership qualities and knowledgeable experience of golfing led him to become the Founder of Golf Event Planning. Larry taught golf lessons and has played golf as a professional on a country club level for eight years. Through his continuous experience, Larry has formed multiple relationships within the golfing industry.

Christine Battaglia
Vice President

Biography

In 2012, Christine joined Golf Event Planning bringing in her previous experience in event planning. Her management and organizational skills, as well as being tech savvy, have strengthened the team. Christine’s creative capability allows for intriguing display tables, centerpieces, digital slideshows, journals, videos and other custom creations during events. Christine is an avid golfer and combines the love of the game and event planning flawlessly.

Alyssa Gennusa
Event Coordinator

Biography

Alyssa joined Golf Event Planning in May 2023. She excels in creativity, multitasking, and organization. She also is proficient in Excel.

When getting hired right when golf season was starting back up, she showed how she is a quick thinker and can adapt to any situation. Alyssa’s favorite part about Golf Event Planning is the fun atmosphere and all-around good vibe we bring to each individual event.

Jeremy Vandow

Biography

Jeremy has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. For the last 13 years, he has also been involved in the golf event profession. His main occupation is as a professional photographer, but he has also helped to run, organize, and facilitate galas, dinners, outings, and parties. He is highly skilled at organization and procurement and is an expert at capturing the best candid or posed moments with his camera.
